Regardless of the pushback and also the back-peddling, it felt just like both games did kind of transition to Runescape gold an expansion version of a few larger updates per year. Even 2020 was sort of built like that for OSRS with Nightmare, Darkmeyer, and Clans as the 3 large planned upgrades.
But looking ahead to 2021 and the release programs, it seems like OSRS has broken away from this and back into the old system of a good deal of varying size updates even when they do hype up the start of season, summer, and autumn releases.
Anywho, which was all a very long and drawn away for to say I believe RS3 remains focusing more on some big upgrades, and without surveys and blogs in the gaps, the focus instead is on the MTX promos making it feel so much worse.
I expect that Buy OSRS gold will be able to earn at least somewhat of a bounce back and get out of this slump it seems to have dropped in as approximately Menaphos. Maybe it is wishful thinking to hope that all the changes to the OSRS Team this year may also mean more inner stuff has happened on RS3's end to entering 2021.
Like you mentioned, I'm glad both games have appeared to move away from this expansion version. It doesn't work well in either game IMO.
RS3's content release strategy did change this season though. They have moved to having larger updates every month now. RS3 also has the"Ninja team" that make substantial QoL
upgrades based on participant requests. That is basically the same polls we get.
